this is my mulligan for the week. it also doubles as the oldest song i am likely to post all year. it’s so old that it had jesus as a camp counselor. it’s so old that it’s arthritis has arthritis. oooh snap. give me a break. i’m moving today.
jeremy underwood and lawrence giffin played on it in some capacity but i don’t remember who did what.
tuesday, february 17th - “let’s start it up again”
mulligan time. this song is pretty old. thanks to adam perry for unearthing it. i’m not all that into it but i really, really, really need the day off. you can send angry emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
thursday, february 12th - “it’s a dreamer’s world”
thanks to elizabeth darnell for having this old song of mine on her hard drive. obviously, that means, this is my mulligan for the week. it’s really noisy. it’s just an mp3 so there was really nothing i could do to clean it up. sorry?
this is a pretty good song but would sound better with more, albeit sparse, instrumentation. i don’t have a snare drum in my room right now. next time. at least there is no mysterious guy in white dancing in a doorway…
this is the first time this has happened, but i didn’t quite get a chance to finish this before the clock ticked down to midnight and my musical carriage turned into a rotten ole pumpkin. i still think parts are cool though.
also, the word rhythm is nearly impossible for me to spell. even if i’m staring at the correct spelling.
